Eos

Spirit of the Hour.jpg

"The breeze at dawn has secrets to tell you.
Don’t go back to sleep.
You must ask for what you really want.
Don’t go back to sleep.
People are going back and forth across the doorsill
where the two worlds touch.
The door is round and open.
Don’t go back to sleep."

Eos is the goddess of dawn, bringer of the early light which came from the ocean`s stream at the far east to overcome the night. Filled with the charms of dawn, she is associated with hope and rejuvenation to all mortal beings as they rise in the morning from the hours of darkness, renewed with energy  to resume their journey through life.  Sister to Helios (the Sun) and Selene (the moon), she is the mother of winds and was nearly as notorious as Venus in her passion. She can be used to invoke desire by pairing her with pearl, moonstone, musk and saffron. Her colors are purple-reds and golds. She represents desire, eternal youth and renewal. She lives for eternity in love.

Her influence is subtle, but profound. She will  radiate her gifts from the higher planes, waiting to manifest in those few who have the ears to hear, and the eyes to see.

Hidden images are incorporated for the viewer to discover on her own. The original print was created at an astrologically favorable time with magickally appropriate aspects and correspondences. The art works as a talisman to incorporate her benevolent energies to enhance and manifest her charms and secrets within you.
